Excursion administration

Health and Safety Procedures Document Number 6 (HSP6) covers all Children & Families Department Excursions including Foreign Trips and Outdoor Education. It gives specific advice regarding all aspects of planning and preparation for an activity. Please see the Health and Safety Guidelines section of the EGFL Information Centre (staff only) for more information.

Please send any completed EE1 forms and risk assessments for registration of a Category 3 activity/excursion to:
